Proposal & Quotation
You receive a detailed quotation outlining Scope of Work, Deliverables, Timeline, Investment, Payment Terms, Revision Allowance and Exclusions (if applicable).
Project Approval
Work only begins after the quotation has been approved in writing, via signed quotation, written email confirmation, or approved purchase order.
Payment
Projects commence after the agreed payment milestone has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing. Structures may include 100% Upfront, Deposit & Balance, Milestone Payments, or Monthly Retainers.
Project Commencement
Once approval and payment have been received, your project is officially scheduled and development begins.
Design & Development
Our team designs and develops the connected digital experience around the approved system plan, including websites, ecommerce, branding, integrations, AI solutions and testing.
Client Review
You review the completed milestone and submit consolidated feedback.
Revisions
Revisions included within the quotation are completed. Additional work outside the agreed scope will first be quoted before implementation.
Final Approval
Once everything has been approved, the project is prepared for launch.
Testing & Launch
We test the complete customer journey, mobile experience, workflows and integrations before deploying your business system.
Management & Growth
We support, manage and improve your digital system as the business develops, including hosting, security, SEO, marketing and technical support.
Scope Changes
Projects naturally evolve.
If additional functionality, pages, integrations or design changes are requested after approval, DigiDZine will first assess the impact on the project timeline and budget. A revised quotation or Change Request will be submitted before additional work begins.
This ensures complete transparency for both parties.
Communication & Availability
We are passionate about delivering exceptional work and often work beyond traditional office hours to meet project deadlines.
To ensure consistency, fairness and efficient project management for all clients, DigiDZine conducts client communication during official business hours.
Although our team may continue working behind the scenes after hours and on weekends, emails, WhatsApp messages, quotations and project updates are generally handled during business hours.
This approach allows us to maintain the highest quality of service while ensuring every client receives the same professional experience.
